Zoho CRM is a cloud-based business management platform that helps businesses collate their business data of all sizes.
Customer relationship management is an approach to manage business interaction with current and potential customers, this has data of various levels across different functionalities.
Sprinkle supports a wide range of data sources. On clicking the “+sign”, a list of data sources pops up. In this case, Zoho CRM is selected. A new Zoho CRM data source is named and created.
To create a connection, the user needs to click on the “Connect to ZOHO CRM” button which pops up a Zoho login page.
Post login, users will be prompted to allow permissions required for sprinkle to read data further. Once a user does consent by clicking on ‘Allow’, the connection can be created from Sprinkle.
In Datasets, the user can add tables by specifying the table name followed by selecting the report type between modules, profiles, users, and roles. On selecting modules, the name of the module should be selected i.e. accounts, campaigns, contacts, etc from which the user wants Sprinkle to pull data.
In the Ingestion Job tab, the concurrency (number of tables that can run in parallel, a maximum of 7) can be set preferentially before running the job. The status of the job will be updated in the tab below once it’s complete. The jobs can also be set to run automatically by enabling autorun. By default, the frequency is set to every night. Frequency can be changed by clicking on More --> Autorun-->Change Frequency.
Zoho CRM supports varieties of reports. This will help customers build meaningful insights from a wide variety of data in Sprinkle tool.
