Zendesk Support
Zendesk's support ticketing system helps monitor, analyze, and solve customer support interactions. This support helps one's business nurture its customer relationship with personalized, responsive support across any channel.
Sprinkle now supports Zendesk Support as a data source. On clicking the "+sign" a list of data sources appears. In this case, Zendesk Support is selected. A new Zendesk Support data source is named and created.
To create a connection, the user needs to provide the subdomain and click on “Connect to Zendesk Support” which leads to a sign in page. Next, the users need to sign in to their Zendesk Support account.
Post login, users will be prompted to allow permissions required for sprinkle to read data further. Once a user provides consent by clicking on ‘Allow’, the connection can be created from Sprinkle.
Next, in the datasets tab, users need to select the report type from the drop down fields list that needs to be ingested.
In the Ingestion Jobs tab, the concurrency (number of tables that can run in parallel, a maximum of 7) can be set preferentially before running the job. The status of the job will be updated in the tab below once it’s complete. The jobs can also be set to run automatically by enabling autorun. Frequency can be changed by clicking on More --> Autorun-->Change Frequency.
