Configurable Destination Schema and table name

When a user tries to add a table to the datasource, the user has the option of choosing the destination schema under which the warehouse table can be created.

Users can also give customized warehouse table name, if the user does not give any warehouse table name then Sprinkle will create a table in a format of ds_<Datasource’s Name>_<Table Name>.
